PDF Hand-Written Order Form
1. Type in your contact info and save it so you never
have to do it again.
2. Choose your service level and immediately you can see
the shipping date for your order... even before the order is placed!
3. From the drop-down choices, you can pick your cabinet
door design and the images right below automatically update to
show you what that profile looks like!

Mix & match door styles by changing the drop-down list, or
leave it blank if all doors are the same style as specified in
section #3.
When entering the sizes of your doors, you will be instantly
notified if the sizes you have entered are larger than we recommend:
The oversize number will be red and the red box in the top corner
will show you the total number of oversized measurements.
There is also a total number of doors listed at the bottom for
quick reference.
5. A section dedicated to mullion doors and crown mouldings.
6. A notes section for you to type in extra details about
your order.
7. The drawer measurements will turn red if the measurement
for a #3 drawer (S&R) is too small. In that case change the
style to #1 (Slab) and the error will be cleared!
Just place your mouse over any red box, or box with a red
corner will pop up a note or details about that cell!
8. We prefer measurements in metric, but for your convenience,
we have provided an imperial order form as well that will display
fractions. The other tabs allow you to print a blank order form
that is hand-writing friendly which can be used as a draft form
if you need one right on the job-site and don't have a laptop
handy.
The other tabs show a list of all the profiles if you want to
see them all in one screen.
